That’s right. TANK’s 10! Times have changed, and so have we. That’s why we’re taking time to celebrate where we came from and all the important things we’ve learned along the way.

"WHY NOTS"

ASKING "WHY" LEADS TO A LOT OF

We learned early that anything is possible when you start with the right question. “Why” works great, especially when creating a strategy your company can build on for years to come.

Just ask "why" before you execute a plan and you’ll be amazed by what you think up.  

WORK UNTIL IT’S SIZZLING

It’s easy to fall in love with your first idea, but unless that idea is bacon, which by definition cannot be improved upon, it’s best to keep pushing.

Don’t settle for just getting work done or serving up the same old same-old to your customers. Work until your idea for your business, on a scale of 1 to 10, equals bacon.

It’s not what you know; it’s who.

Success comes from truly knowing who your clients are their strengths and weaknesses so you can help each other grow.

Staying independently owned has helped us attract independently-minded clients who understand relationships come first.

When we share the same goal as our client,

business tends to go BOOM.

EVERYONE HAS A SUPERPOWER

We all bring our unique strengths to the table to support our clients.

Our superpower is consulting and collaborating to find the source of the problem and then fighting it with everything we got.

It may not be as sexy as flying faster than a speeding bullet, but when the going gets rough,

DON’T MAKE WORK MORE WORK

This job is hard enough. That’s why we strive to provide our clients with efficient and streamlined solutions,

not options that complicate their workflow or waste their precious time.

It starts with showing up on time,

knowing your stuff,

and working smarter — not harder. 

EXCUSE ME WITH ALL THE EXCUSES

There's coming up with a solution, or there's coming up with excuses.

Not enough budget

Crazy timelines

Unrealistic expectations

But we never use them.

We've heard them all.

We buckle down, collaborate, and the ideas tend to follow.

It just goes to show that you never need an excuse for being awesome.

They keep you focused on the long-term.

Goals are good.

But if you’re going to have them, they should scare you a little

make you stretch beyond what you know.

At the same time, they also shouldn’t be so scary they keep you from being flexible — unable to concentrate on getting

a little better,

a little more efficient,

and a little closer to your goal every single day.

As far as metaphors go, thinking outside the box isn’t very

INNOVATIVE.

Everyone’s doing it these days, so it’s best to invent a whole new way of looking at things —

YOUR WAY.

We suggest research and brainstorming, but after that,

IT’S UP TO YOU.

Embrace new things. Don't get too comfortable. Hurry before someone else bests you to it.

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

It sounds simple because it is.

Being transparent, open, and honest is the only way to be.

Our clients work with us because of our expertise,

Including the ability to deliver information directly, even when the news might be hard to hear.

We find this tends to lead to good news in the long run.

CULTURE IS EVERYHING

Ours is about working together as a team to build something great.

That something is: a trusting relationships with our clients.

They say everything gets better with age. Lucky for us, we're just getting started

and we're looking forward to the next ten years.
